OBTAIN NIB
After your company is established and you get a NPWP you must register your company until the NIB and Standard Certificate are issued on the OSS website that you can access here.

APPLY FOR A BUSINESS LICENSE TO SUPPORT BUSINESS ACTIVITIES (PB UMKU)
After your company's NIB is issued, the next step is you have to apply for PB UMKU and choose a Business Entity Certificate (SBU). You will be asked to complete the required application data, namely Type of Business, Nature of Business, KBLI Number, Classification, Subclassification, Qualification, Business Entity Certification Body (LSBU), Association, Company PIC Name, Company PIC Email, Company PIC HP Number. After you fill out the application you will be asked to complete further data and complete the required documents. After that, you will also be asked to upload the required documents and complete data on Business Entity Information, Deed Information, Shareholders Information, Management Information, Balance Sheet Information, Annual Sales Information, Equipment Information, Business Entity Responsible Information, Technical Responsible Information, Personnel Information Respond to Sub-Classification, Anti-Bribery Management System Information, and Quality Management System Information.
REQUIREMENTS CHECK
After you finish completing the PB UMKU stages, LSBU will check the completeness of your data and application documents. If there are still incomplete then there will be a notification to complete the deficiency. After your PB UMKU application is declared complete, LSBU will issue a fee bill and send you a draft certification agreement.
BILL PAYMENT
After the bill is issued, you are advised to immediately make payments according to the bill. After completing the payment, you must submit proof of payment to the LSBU for verification and the LSBU confirms your payment to the Construction Services Development Agency (LPJK). If your payment has been confirmed, LSBU will start the next process.
CERTIFICATION
LSBU will assign an assessor to conduct a feasibility assessment of your company. After the assessor has conducted the assessment, the assessor will submit recommendations and an assessment report to the LSBU. Then LSBU will determine the ability of your business entity based on recommendations and assessment reports from assessors. If the results of the determination of your company's LSBU are declared unfit, then the PB UMKU process will be terminated and you are given 14 (fourteen) working days to file an appeal. However, if your company is declared eligible, the LSBU will submit the Details of Classification and Subclassification (RKS) to LPJK.
SBU ISSUANCE
After the LPJK receives the RKS from the LSBU, the LPJK will automatically number and record the SBU through the system. After that the system will PUPR will issue your SBU on the PB UMKU page and notify the OSS and if it has been approved, your Standard Certificate will then change from previously Unverified to Verified.
